Dinner Menu

We emphasize the use of as much local organic produce in season as possible. Five Idaho gardeners currently supply us during our short growing season. Regional northwest cuisine is what we do. Lava Lake Lamb is a local sheep ranch that supplies the bulk of the lamb we use for many of our dishes. Using local and regional foods, and drawing inspiration from different cuisines around the world, we create tasty and healthy dishes to complement our extensive wine list. Our menu changes a little bit all the time depending on the season but some items do not change because of their popularity.
